The type of space required is Office and Warehouse for the Department of Financial Services’ Division of Criminal Investigations and State Fire Marshal. Space is to be located within the boundaries outlined on Page 4 of the ITN.
The Agency has authorized Savills, Inc. to be its exclusive representative during this solicitation for space. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
