The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the transformer refurbishment. Specific tasks include drawing a pre-refurbishment DGA sample, pre-testing (insulation resistance, TTR, power factor, winding resistance), draining the unit, repacking all radiator valves, completing a full re-gasket, pulling vacuum for 12 hours, vacuum filling the unit, drawing a post DGA sample, welding DBI Sala fall protection mast mounts, and performing post-refurbishment testing (insulation resistance, TTR, power factor, winding resistance, CT ratio, single phase excitation). The contractor must also dispose of all waste materials.
