The contractor shall furnish personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities to perform lodging and transportation services for students and guest instructors at the NWSTC. Lodging must be within 15 minutes drive or 5 road miles of the NWSTC, with a minimum capacity of 85 and ability to accommodate 130 guests. Rooms must be suites with kitchen, minimum 180 sq ft, single occupancy, with specific amenities. Transportation includes daily round trips to NWSTC, shuttle to shopping/restaurant areas, and airport shuttle to/from Kansas City International Airport. The contract is a requirements contract with Firm-Fixed-Unit-Pricing for single room nights, with a base period from 09/30/2026 to 09/29/2031.
