The contractor will deliver trout for Delaware's Trout Stocking Program. Pond stocking: deliver 657 lbs. of 10-12-inch rainbow trout, 627 pounds of 14-17-inch rainbow trout, plus 30 pounds of trophy-sized trout (minimum three pounds each) on one date (anticipated March 4, 2027) to Tidbury Park Pond in Dover, DE and Newton Pond in Greenwood, DE. Stream stocking: deliver trout on nine predetermined dates in 2027 (March 24, 29, 31, April 5, 7, 14, 22, 28, and October 20) to Rittenhouse Park, White Clay Creek State Park, Auburn Valley State Park, and Brandywine Creek State Park. Fish must be alive, free of disease, and meet size requirements. The vendor must confirm negative VHS virus testing. The contract period is one year from November 16, 2026 through November 15, 2027, renewable for up to three additional one-year periods.
