The contractor shall supply reinforced concrete pipe in sizes 12", 15", 18", 24", and 30" (Class IV) to designated delivery locations within the North, Canal, Central, and South Districts. Delivery must be made within ten working days after receipt of written or electronic notification, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm). The contractor is also responsible for providing electronic ticketing data (eTickets) to the Department's Electronic Ticketing Portal, placing identifying vehicle numbers on delivery vehicles, and ensuring 99.5% uptime reliability of the material supplier's ticketing system over any 30-day rolling period.
