The vendor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to supplement the University's need for mechanical and controls maintenance services. This includes preferred mechanical maintenance services for listed equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, and cooling towers; preferred automation maintenance services for building automation system hardware and software; preferred temperature controls maintenance services; water treatment services for cooling towers and boilers; monthly testing and reporting of boilers to DNREC; and preventive maintenance for RTU, MAU, and AC units. The vendor must also provide emergency response with on-site arrival within 2 hours of notification for emergencies.
