The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for a Statewide Co-Op Learning Program. The selected intermediary shall serve as the statewide program administrator responsible for connecting Delaware employers, qualified institutions of higher education in Delaware, and eligible students through paid, career-related cooperative education experiences that integrate academic learning with meaningful employment opportunities. The intermediary will operate independently without state support, supervision or oversight after contract end date. Duties include program administration, student recruitment and case management, employer engagement and business development, higher education coordination, work-based learning coordination, and data collection and performance reporting.
