Contractor Requirements
• Schedule and complete work in conjunction with York County’s partner, Wifinium.

Contractor Legal Requirements
Contractor must comply with the following legal obligations:
• Federal Compliance: Contractor is required to comply with all relevant federal laws, including
FCC regulations and guidelines.
• State Compliance: Providers must adhere to Pennsylvania’s state regulations concerning
requested services. This includes labor standards, prevailing wage laws, and any relevant state
specific rules established by the Pennsylvania Utility Commission. Contract must comply with the
Prevailing Wage rates as set by the Department of Labor and Industry for this project as listed in
Attachment O.
• Local Compliance: Providers must comply with all York County regulations and any additional
local government ordinances. This includes permits, zoning laws, and right-of-way access
regulations.
• Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the County, its officers, employees, and agents
from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting
from the contractor’s failure to comply with any legal requirement.

    achieved, to award the contract to the most responsive and responsible respondent(s) as deemed

    such investigations is to satisfy York County that the respondent has the experience, resources and
    commercial reputation necessary to perform the work and support any warranties in the

    award the Project to the firm that demonstrates the best ability to fulfill the requirements for
    performing the subject services. The successful firm will be chosen based on the qualifications,

    evaluation of any proposal, to secure maximum clarification and completeness of any proposal,
