Lee Street Substation Steel Structures

Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is soliciting proposals for the from qualified firms for the design, fabrication, and furnishing of structural steel components associated with the Lee Street Substation Project. The successful Proposer shall furnish complete design and fabrication services and deliver all materials FOB Destination to the location designated by GEUS. All materials shall be clearly identified, packaged, and delivered in accordance with the project schedule provided by GEUS. GEUS requires that all communication and questions be submitted via the Euna Procurement Portal by July 2, 2026. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and should be submitted electronically via the Euna Procurement Portal at https://geus.ionwave.net. Proposals will not be accepted via mail, email, or fax. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure that the proposal has been completely submitted by the date and time listed above. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received before the deadline will remain sealed until the Public Bid Opening on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 4:00pm. GEUS reserves the right to negotiate all elements of the proposal to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all. GEUS also reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the respondent of the conditions contained in this solicitation, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between GEUS and the firm selected. GEUS is not liable for any costs incurred by Respondents in responding to this RFP, in the preparation of their Bids, or for any costs incurred by Respondents in interviews or contract negotiations.
