July 2026 Transformer Request

In accordance with the provisions of Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 252 and 271, GEUS, a municipally owned electric utility and a separate and distinct instrumentality of the City of Greenville, Texas, is requesting submissions to contract with a proven business that has considerable experience in providing goods or services in response to this solicitation. GEUS requires that all communication and questions be submitted via the Euna Procurement Portal by July 22, 2026. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and should be submitted electronically via the Euna Procurement Portal at https://geus.ionwave.net. Proposals will not be accepted via mail, email, or fax. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure that the proposal has been completely submitted by the date and time listed above. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received before the deadline will remain sealed until the Public Bid Opening on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 4:00pm. GEUS reserves the right to negotiate all elements of the proposal to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all. GEUS also reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the respondent of the conditions contained in this solicitation, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between GEUS and the firm selected. GEUS is not liable for any costs incurred by Respondents in responding to this RFP, in the preparation of their Bids, or for any costs incurred by Respondents in interviews or contract negotiations.
