- The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or "The Authority") is hereby soliciting Requests for Proposal (RFP) to seek proposals from qualified firms and licensed firms to 1.) assess active roof leaks and 2.) provide all labor, tools, and equipment to perform all authorized roof leak repairs at the Gordon A. Finch Molasses Pier. The facility consists of an approximately 19,000 square foot building, including a five-bay warehouse with an attached administrative office building. The roof system covers approximately 22,000 square feet, including canopy and gutter systems located along both sides of the building.
Electronic Proposals for the furnishing of all labor, material, services and equipment to completed the described services shall be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) through its eProcurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net, until August 7, 2026 unless otherwise amended, at which time all Proposals will be publicly opened and available for viewing via Ionwave. Bids submitted via hand delivery, electronic mail, or freight mail will not be considered.
The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any and all Proposals, or to re-advertise for Proposals.
