- The PITTSBURGH HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (PHDC), in partnership with the Pittsburgh Land Bank (PLB) is soliciting bids for the deconstruction of the structure located at 247 Kennedy Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15214 (parcel ID 77-N-104). The structure is a 2.5-story residential building with a basement, with an interior living area of approximately 2107 square feet. The intention is to fully deconstruct the structure and stabilize the resulting empty lot for future use. As the building is deconstructed, materials that can be salvaged for re-use are to be diverted from waste streams and repurposed in coordination with a salvage/re-use entity.
Proposals will be accepted no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026. Bids will only be accepted through Ion Wave.
