Printing and Distribution of the MN Legislative

PURPOSE: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract to provide printing, processing, and distribution services for the Minnesota Legislative Manual "Blue Book" in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 5.08. This publication serves as an official state document and historical archive, providing detailed information on Minnesota's government, including legislative, executive, and judicial branches, state agencies, local governments, and election results. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $50,000 to $100,000 However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) years in increments determined by the State.
