Modernizing The Audiovisual System for the Council Chambers

Notice is hereby given that the City of Belle Isle at 1600 Nela Avenue, Belle Isle, Florida 32809 will accept WRITTEN PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS from qualified vendors to design, upgrade, integrate, and modernize the audiovisual system for the City Council Chambers while maximizing the use of existing City-owned equipment and infrastructure where technically appropriate. All solicitation documents may be viewed or printed online at www.demandstar.com or viewed on-site at the City Clerk's Office at the address listed above. Proposals must be received by the City Clerk via DemandStar before the deadline on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Any questions regarding the completeness or substance of the Request for Proposals documents or the scope of services must be submitted in writing via email to the City Clerk, Yolanda Quiceno, prior to the submission date. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and technicalities, and to award the Contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
