MPCA Elk River Landfill North Development Area EIS

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) requests proposals from qualified responders to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), pursuant to Minn. R. 4410.4400, Subpart 13(E) https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/4410.4400/, for the existing Elk River Landfill (Facility) in Sherburne County. The goal of the project is to draft an EIS to identify measures necessary to mitigate adverse environmental impacts on human health and the environment and to better inform decision makers and citizens.
