- Project Introduction & Licensing Requirements: The Project generally consists of replacing the existing boardwalk at Humiston Park and completing all related improvements shown or specified in the Contract Documents, including the Plans. The Bidder shall submit with its Bid a copy of the license, certification, registration, or authorization that the Bidder identifies as applicable to, and legally sufficient for, the Work required by the Contract Documents. Submission of such documentation shall not relieve the Bidder or awarded Contractor of responsibility for complying with all applicable licensing, certification, registration, and authorization requirements.
