The Babcock Ranch Sustainability & Resiliency Institute (Institute) project will be executed through a design/build project delivery methodology to construct a new state-of-the-art facility in the midtown section of Babcock Ranch, located in Charlotte County, Florida. FGCU anticipates a 4-6 story educational facility of up to 125,250 square feet. The Institute will focus on addressing the need for sustainable development and on fostering a resilient, eco-friendly future. The Institute will potentially include some or all of the following elements: Academics, Arts, Laboratory, Classroom or Multi-Purpose Facilities, Professional Development, and Event and Conference Venue(s).
