This portfolio comprises of critical water infrastructure projects, including large-diameter water main replacement or rehabilitation (≥ 16 inches), critical valve replacements. Projects are in various planning stages, with individual projects estimated construction costs ranging from $4 million to $42 million in value. The portfolio includes the following four projects (including two placeholder projects): • Critical Valves Replacement • 16-inch Cast Iron Reservoir Road Transmission Main Rehabilitation • 16-inch Cast Iron Rock Creek Park Transmission Main Renewal • Large Diameter Water Main Replacement (LDWM) Renewal 8 This RFQ represents the first step of the procurement process, and establishes the process for soliciting and evaluating Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from entities (“Proposers”) interested in serving as the Design-Builder for this project.
