The City is seeking a highly qualified and experienced partner capable of fulfilling all functional requirements outlined in this RFP, with the scalability to integrate future enhancements. The ideal firm will feature a team of local government experts dedicated to achieving the City's vision while ensuring uninterrupted service to our residents. The successful firm must have lined over 3,000,000 feet of pipe, of which 250,000 feet must have been 24” or larger diameter pipe, and must self-perform 100% of work.
