The Eastern Connecticut Land Bank (ECLB) has issued this Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/QQ) in partnership with the Town of Plainfield, Connecticut (the Town) for planning services to facilitate the redevelopment of the former Kaman property parcels (the Site), which total approximately 30.27 acres, with the primary parcel located at 100 South Main Street. The scope of work addressed in this RFP/Q is specific to the planning activities. A separate RFP will be issued for the scope of work associated with the environmental assessment tasks. The ECLB, with the Town, intends to solicit a developer(s) to take ownership of the parcel and redevelop it to fulfill a “highest and best use.”
