The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call air service consulting to assist the CAA with the retention of existing air service and development of new markets with current or new airlines. The CAA reserves the right to select multiple firms.
Proposal documents will be available on September 2, 2026, and may be downloaded at: https://ctairports.procureware.com. Proposers must be registered to access the proposal in its entirety and to submit a proposal.
Due date for proposals is no later than September 30, 2026, 1:00 p.m. (EST). Proposals will not be publicly displayed.
