The City of Meriden is seeking qualified firms to deliver comprehensive construction and hazardous material abatement services for our Neighborhood Preservation Program. Selected contractors will spearhead approximately nine (9) residential revitalization projects, spanning both single and multifamily homes, to directly enhance and preserve our local community.
Contractor Qualifications
• Experience: Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in construction, repair, and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) abatement.
• Contractor: Submissions must include professional references for team members responsible for overseeing and implementing the agreement.
