The Stafford Springs Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) is soliciting proposals from qualified steel, concrete, and sitework contractors to provide a complete package, including demolition of the monorail system; new structural steel installation, including a monorail system with a capacity of 1,000 lbs., purlins, and galvanized deck; foundations; excavation; backfill; and localized asphalt restoration.
Site visits will be August 28, 2026 @ 9:00 AM at Town of Stafford WPCF, 50 River Rd. Stafford Springs, CT 06076. This is the only site visit allowed.
