The trailer must be hydraulically self-loading, capable of carrying steel and wood cable/wire reels up to 60 inches wide, 96 inches in diameter, and weighing at least 8,000 lbs. It must include a reel brake, electric brakes with safety breakaway, wheel chocks and holders, outrigger pads, and lug nut indicators. Quotes are requested for both clamp and arbor styles, with adapter plates for arbor sizes up to 5 inches. The trailer must have a 2 ½” or 3” lunette eye, RV style trailer connection, and hydraulic payout/take-up. Bids are requested for both self-driving (preferred) and tow-behind designs, and with and without a level wind option.
