The selected A/E team will design upgrades to fire alarm control devices and notification systems in nine buildings on the CMHHIP campus, covering approximately 120,170 square feet. The project will update fire alarm control devices and notification systems to the latest, technologically accessible devices. The A/E is expected to provide Basic Services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement, including participating in meetings, complying with state approved codes, and performing field verification of fire alarm control devices and audio visual systems.
