The contractor will develop and facilitate trust workshops for CPW staff and external partners, providing tools for building and sustaining trust, what it means to partner, and how to manage effective partnerships. The workshops will incorporate the Marc J. Stern and Timothy D. Baird Trust Ecology Framework. The expected workshop amounts are 4 in-person, 3 virtual, and an additional in-person OR virtual workshop. The contractor must provide a per session price for both in-person and virtual formats, inclusive of pre-session planning, preparation, and travel expenses.
