Family First Program Intermediaries
The Program Intermediary will oversee program sites, including supervising site and provider logistics, providing technical assistance and coaching, and identifying opportunities for program sustainability and expansion. They will conduct fidelity monitoring, ensure provider qualifications and training requirements are met, and coordinate data submission to the statewide dashboard. They will also participate in continuous quality improvement, collaborate with the CO Lab for program evaluation, monitor trauma-informed service delivery, verify data collection, and serve as a liaison with CDHS. Deliverables include tracking mechanisms for provider qualifications, quarterly fidelity data submission, mid-year reports, and monthly invoices.
