Independent Auditor for Healthy School Meals for All Program

Modification 1 - Attach Vendor Inquiries and Answers, Modified Independent Auditor HSMA RFP Mod 1, Attach Updated Appendix E (Offerors Proposal Worksheet). The Colorado Department of Education is soliciting competitive, responsive proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to perform as an Independent Auditor for the Healthy School Meals for All Program established pursuant to C.R.S. Sections 22-82.9-201, et seq. for the Department. Under C.R.S. Section 22-82.9-208(2), the Department shall contract with an independent auditor to conduct a biennial financial and performance audit of the implementation of the program. The Healthy School Meals for All Program launched in School Year 2023-2024. No previous audit of the program has been performed. For more information, vendors should review the RFP document and all appendices and documents: Appendix A, Administrative Information Appendix B, Draft Contract Appendix C, W-9 Appendix D, Pricing Worksheet Appendix E, Offerors Proposal Worksheet Appendix F, Rules for HSMA Proposals must be uploaded to the link provided in Appendix A.
