DMS Modernization Assessment and Planning
The RFI seeks market research to inform a long-term strategy for the DMS, including potential cloud migration or replacement. The scope covers platform licensing, implementation, data migration, integrations, training, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The system must support data ingestion via API, batch scanning, email, and fax; user access and security including SSO and RBAC; document processing with OCR; legacy data migration; metadata management; search and retrieval; workflow management for adjudication and appeals; records management with retention policies; audit and compliance; system architecture and integration with MyUI+; and implementation and migration planning. The entire migration and transition is desired by the end of 2027.
