Life Technologies Instrument Service Agreements Modification
The State intends to award a Sole Source for Life Technologies Corporation per the specifications posted with this notice. Contact Kristi Gamble at kristi.gamble@state.co.us with comments or objections. If responding via email, clearly identify your subject line with the following header: NPSS1 FHKA 2027000027. If no comments or objections are received in response to this Notice, CDPHE intends to continue to do business with Life Technologies Corporation as a Sole Source vendor for this project.
Life Technologies will provide maintenance and repair services for instruments. The vendor is the manufacturer and/or distributor of the instruments and maintains staff and parts to readily provide this service. A number of these instruments are required by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) to have regular preventative maintenance and vendor authorized repairs.
