A MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site walk will be held on AUGUST 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
at the Dr. William “Doc” Pearson Community Center located at 1625 West Carey Avenue, North
Las Vegas, Nevada 89106. and the site walk will continue to North Las Vegas Community
Resource Campus located at 2424 Martin Luther King Blvd., North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030 .
If your firm is unfamiliar with the County Bid Submittal procedures and would like to obtain training
on the submittal process for this Bid, please contact Andra Libarios, Purchasing Analyst, at (702)
455-2724 no later than AUGUST 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM, and a training session will be scheduled
via WebEx.
Bids will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com or manually at
the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing and
Contracts Division, Fourth Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106, on or before AUGUST 31, 2026, at
3:00:00 PM based on the time clock at the Clark County Purchasing and Contracts front desk.
