The work includes construction of sewer and manhole lining of 114-inch and 96-inch combined sewer between Court Street to Elsinore Place adjacent to Gilbert Avenue. The work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning of sewer and manhole surfaces, debris removal, lining installation, bypass pumping, fill, sealing and abandonment of unused sewer and stubs, and any restoration costs on disturbed areas. The project also includes heavy encrustation removal, pre-lining and post-lining video taping, chemical grout sealing for water infiltration (contingency), and the furnishing, installation, and removal of a project sign.
