The contractor must perform factory authorized warranty repairs and miscellaneous repairs on Ford vehicles, including cars, vans, SUVs, trucks (one ton or less) and trucks (one ton or above). Work includes all typical warranty work and special work requested by the Fleet Services Division. The contractor must pick up vehicles requiring repairs within 24 hours of notification and complete repairs within five workdays. Parts must be original equipment manufacturer parts. Labor is billed on an hourly rate, and parts are invoiced at cost plus markup. The contractor must guarantee work for 90 days or the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer.
