Funded through the Texas Broadband Development Office Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure Grant Program, this Project will strengthen the City’s broadband backbone, increase network capacity and reliability, and support future connectivity needs for public facilities, businesses, community institutions, and other strategic users throughout Brownsville.
The Project will be delivered using a turnkey design-build / Engineering, Procurement, and Construction approach to provide a coordinated solution from design through construction, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final project closeout while maintaining compliance with all applicable grant requirements.
