PFD - E-18 STATION PARKING LOT PAVING

The City of Boston, acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department, 26 Court St Boston, MA 02108, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the PFD - E-18 Station Parking Lot Paving project. The estimated construction cost for this project is $398,400. M.G.L. c. 30 section 39M

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes: Re Paving the E-18 Police Station Parking lot. Project Location: 1249 Hyde Park Ave, Hyde Park MA. Expected contract duration is for 60 Days. Prevailing wages shall apply. Pre-Bid Meeting: August 4, 2026, 10 AM at 1249 Hyde Park Ave, Hyde Park. E-18 Police Station meet in Front. General contractors must submit all general bids with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02108, on or before 12:00 PM on August 19, 2026 at which time and place respective general bids shall be opened and read aloud in person and virtually. See boston.gov/departments/public-facilities for more information. All are invited to attend. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the bid amount. A performance and payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the amount of 100% of the contract price, will be required of the successful bidder. Online bids via the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) online bidding portal will also be accepted for this project.
