The vendor shall calibrate load cells with appropriate digital indicators, load plates, and cables/power cord. Calibration must be traceable to NIST and according to ASTM E74, performed by an agency accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Deliverables include a statement of ASTM E74 calibration, verifiable accreditation statement, equipment identification, date and personnel identification, reference equipment identification, detailed results, measurement uncertainty, Class A Lower Force Limit, and interpolation tables. Vendor quotes must include return shipping; the agency will ship items to the vendor at agency expense. Subcontractors are not allowed.
