THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Notice of Emergency Contract Extension. The Department of Innovation and Technology is entering into an emergency contract extension with Ficek Electric & Communications Systems, Inc., to provide Telecom Legacy Phone Maintenance Services.
The scope includes Installation/Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests and maintenance services for the State's remaining analog phone systems listed in Attachment A. This includes warranty, replacement, and add/change requests. The vendor will handle all facets of maintenance for the systems.
