The vendor must construct a new glazed block wall (10 ft high × 9 ft wide) using blocks supplied by the facility, filled with mortar or concrete and rebar reinforcement, positioned 5 ft behind the existing roll-up door with a finished opening of 84 in high × 72 in wide. Work includes providing and installing new ceiling tile grid on both sides of the wall, modifying existing tiles and grid, installing a reinforced door frame, supplying and installing a pair of heavy-duty industrial saloon doors meeting detailed specifications (XLPE front/back material, food-grade finish, full-height industrial bumpers, V-Cam hardware, polycarbonate windows, dual swing), installing baseboards matching existing style, relocating one fire alarm strobe light, installing one illuminated exit sign, and performing thorough cleanup. The vendor must provide an itemized quote with all costs, labor, materials, and full door specifications upon bid submission.
