The Contractor shall provide inspection, preventive maintenance (quarterly, 4 per contract year), diagnostic and troubleshooting services, repair services, replacement parts and components, software and firmware support, configuration and programming adjustments, and remote and on-site technical support for the Covered Systems: five Accurate Controls security control systems, one door access control/card reader system, one camera system, and one paging system. The Contractor must address known deficiencies including 16 non-recording cameras and inoperable playback functionality. The Contractor shall furnish all tools, diagnostic equipment, test equipment, transportation, and incidentals. Replacement parts shall be new or manufacturer-certified reconditioned. The Contractor shall provide a minimum 90-day warranty on workmanship and replacement equipment. Service initiation must begin within 5 business days of an authorized service request. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding State Holidays.
