Ozone Transfer Standards and Semi-Portable Zero Air Generators

The contractor must supply twelve (12) Ozone Transfer Standards capable of operating as a USEPA Level 2 or Level 3 primary transfer standard, with internal trace level photometer-controlled ozone generator, precise ozone generation < 1.0 ppb, diluent and source gas MFCs, temperature & pressure compensation, Ethernet & USB ports, digital I/O, analog outputs, Modbus communication, and remote login software. Also supply twelve (12) Semi-Portable Zero Air Generating Units capable of delivering 2-5 LPM at 30 psi of air < 1.0 ppb for ozone, NO, NO2, and SO2, with internal permeation dryer, automatic purge valve, dewpoint indicator, adjustable pressure regulator and flow meter, Ethernet ports with Modbus communication, and standby mode. Each item must include two years of expendables and hard copy manuals. Equipment must be delivered and operational to the IEPA Air lab within 120 days of contract execution.
