The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Spill Prevention & Response (SPAR), seeks quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase of U.S.-made drones to support ongoing response operations following the ex-Typhoon Halong disaster.
SPAR estimates a budget of between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 dollars for this purchase. Quotations priced at more than $90,000.00 may be considered non-responsive.
Offerors must self-attest that the aforementioned units are in compliance with FAR 52.240-1 and are listed on the following Defense Contract Management Agency’s (DCMA) Blue List Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) website: https://bluelist.dcma.mil/.
Deadline for receipt of quotes: No later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on September 30, 2026, as indicated by email timestamp. Late quotations will not be considered.
