The Department of Public Safety is soliciting proposals for a leased hangar space with services for a DPS-owned King Air 350i in Anchorage, Alaska. The hangar must provide floor space for the aircraft, equipment, and parts, and include unassigned outside vehicle parking, access to common areas, bathrooms, and an indoor passenger receiving area/lobby. The lessor must provide ground handling, towing, fueling services, oxygen services or space for a state-provided oxygen system, and maintain the facility to specified standards including heating, electrical, and safety requirements.
