**General Information:**The Department of Administration, Division of Personnel, on behalf of the Alaska State Personnel Board, is soliciting proposals for attorneys interested in acting in the place of the Attorney General investigating ethics complaints filed against the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and/or the Attorney General under the Executive Branch Ethics Act, AS 39.52.

The contractor shall conduct impartial investigations and make determinations regarding acceptance, dismissal, or other resolution of ethics complaints. Deliverables include evaluating the legal sufficiency of complaints, conducting investigations, reporting findings to the Personnel Board, negotiating settlements, and if necessary, issuing public accusations and conducting formal proceedings. All work must be performed in accordance with the Executive Branch Ethics Act and applicable laws.
