Description

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Program Management and Administration, is soliciting bids to lease heated warehouse space for the State of Alaska.

Bids must be received no later than 11:00 AM Alaska Time on July 30, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
