RFP #25271001, Nunam Iqua Airport Improvements Construction Administration Services

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Construction Section is soliciting professional construction administration services for the Nunam Iqua Airport Improvements project. Work will include complete field and office support for construction administration, on site construction administration, and project closeout in accordance with the Construction Manual

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2026 through December 2029. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of **$2,000,000 and $4,999,999.**The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available JUNE 26, 2026, and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska. People residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment). There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than JULY 20, 2026, 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

The Northern Region Contracts Section will accept electronic (Zendto) submission of proposals.
