INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Big Lake Road MP 0-3.6 and Church Road Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0511009 / CFHWY00906**,** will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 24, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface Big Lake Road from the Parks Highway to North Shore Drive as well as resurface Church Road from the Parks Highway to Schrock Road. Project work includes roadway and pathway resurfacing, structural section dig-outs, curb ramps, striping, drainage improvements, clearing and grubbing, and utilities.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. The Project completion date will be October 31, 2027.
