The contractor shall furnish new Standard ACME C2162H rivet roller chain per ANSI B29.4 with supplemental requirements: epoxy-coated links, Nitronic 60 stainless steel pins, 17-4PH stainless steel bushings, Delrin 500 rolls, and 302 stainless steel cotters. Each chain length is 42 feet 8 inches, prestressed and matched in pairs. The contractor shall deliver nine complete sets (each set = 4 chains: 2 LH, 2 RH) in five phased shipments over 350 calendar days from award, FOB Destination to John Day Dam, Rufus, OR. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance, material certifications, coating certification, chain matching and prestressing report, and packing list with each shipment. Chains shall be shipped dry with no lubrication.
