Amendment 0005

The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to replace a corrupted attachment from the previous amendment. Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0004 was found to contain inaccurate heading sections, incorrect paragraph numbering, and incorrect page numbering due to file corruption. This Amendment 0005 hereby deletes Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0004 and replaces it with Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0005 (Corrected). The solicitation inquiries due date of August 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM noon ET and the proposal submission due date of September 04, 2026, at 12:00 PM noon ET remain unchanged.

The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to execute the following:

• Reopen Solicitation Number 70Z02326R93150001.

• Revise the proposals’ due date. The proposal due date is hereby extended to September 04, 2026, at 12:00PM noon ET.

• Revise the solicitation inquiries’ (questions) due date. The inquiries due date is hereby extended to August 19, 2026, at 12:00PM noon ET.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the procedures in FAR Part 15. The United States Coast Guard has a requirement for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and support of three advanced training devices:

• One (1) MH-60T Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD)

• One (1) Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS)

• One (1) Portable Hoist Mission Training System (P-HMTS)

The Contractor will be responsible for the MH-60T Level 7 FTD and for managing the delivery and integration of the HMTS and P-HMTS. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of program management, device integration, delivery, installation, acceptance testing, documentation, training, and warranties (standard and or extended warranties).
