22 LRS - Heritage Room A/V Upgrade

The contractor shall furnish all audiovisual system, sound support, and provide initial set-up and training in building 1169, room 120 at McConnell AFB. The work includes furnishing personnel, labor, supervision, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and services to move in new equipment, and assembly and installation of all components listed on the vendor quotation. The contractor must also dispose of all packaging material. Minimum equipment requirements include a motorized tensioned projection screen (87" x 139", not to exceed 125-150 lbs), a high-brightness laser projector (not to exceed 40 lbs), a heavy-duty ceiling projector mount, HDMI presentation switcher, network-based AV control processor, seven-inch touchscreen control panel, wireless microphone system, pendant ceiling loudspeakers, and a floor-standing equipment rack enclosure. The contractor must coordinate with the contracting officer to schedule initial set-up and on-site training within 5 days of delivery. Training for all systems will serve as the Government's final acceptance criteria.
