Amendment 0003 is issued to provide the following: 1. Response date has been extended, 2) The delivery and performance period for CLIN 0001 Phase-in is shifted from August 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026, to November 1, 2026, 3) a change to the instructions to offerors in 52.212-1, 4) a change to the evaluation criteria 52.212-2, 5) extention of the Question period deadline, 6) and added FAR clause 52.222-90 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors).

When providing your response ensure to utilize the attached IB08 Solicitation Amendment - W9124D26QA1350003 Conformed.

Revisions to the PWS and other content within the solicitation. 6. Attachment providing the Master Product Category List.

Amendment is issued to correct the set-aside to Unrestricted. No other changes were made. Refer to the attachments titled: "Solcitation Amendment W9124D26QA1350001 SF30" and "Conformed Solicitation-W9124D26QA1350001". Offorers are to utilized the conformed version for submitting their offer.

No cost agreement for Trademark support services ISO Army Trademark and Licensing Program. The Government requires non-personal professional services for the comprehensive management and execution of the Army Trademark Licensing Program (ATLP).

Refer to the attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional instructions. Question deadline is 2:00pm on 14 April 2026.
